DNCS students celebrated Halloween and Día de los Muertos with pumpkin carving and a colorful ofrenda—click to find out more!

Del Norte Community School celebrated both Halloween and Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) with a day full of creativity and cultural connection. Students carved pumpkins, shared treats, and took part in building a colorful ofrenda to honor and remember loved ones. The event blended fun Halloween traditions with the meaningful customs of Día de los Muertos, giving students the opportunity to celebrate, learn, and reflect together. It was a vibrant and memorable day at DNCS filled with art, culture, and community spirit!
